Steel Hands Brewing is located just outside of downtown Columbia in Cayce, South Carolina. Yesterday, I met up with a few mama’s from CSC Mommy Blogger Tribe to find out what this place is all about and it stole this beer lover’s heart from the start.

Steel Hands Brewing is a local brewing company in the City of Cayce that sits on 4 acres with a 10,000 square foot facility that accommodates their brewing area which is available for touring, a large and open tap room to sip and drink in, and a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of seating and live music and so many precious fur babies to love on! Another thing I loved about this place is that it was totally kid friendly as well! I brought my 5 year old along and he enjoyed a corndog and running with friends around the outdoor area.

We were treated to a flight of beer which is a great way to test and try out four different lagers Steel Hands Brewing has to offer. I personally chose the Maple Brown Sugar Quad, Salted Caramel Irish Red, Coffee Lager and Foreman Golden Ale. All were super delicious and it is no wonder why this place was literally filling up with local beer lovers quickly!

After finishing our brews and chews (which I had the chicken quesadilla that I highly recommend) we headed to the back and took a tour of where the magic happens. Tanner gave us a highly knowledgeable tour and I think we shocked him by how much us mama’s knew about our beer by answering his question of “what top four ingredients does beer consist of?” Four of us shouted, “Hops, Barley, Wheat and Yeast!” It was obvious as to the seasoned lager lovers were. Haha!

Steel Hands Brewing takes pride in their commitment to quality, consistent beer! It shows as they have quality and consistent repetitive customers. Look y’all, I have been to a lot of places around town, but this place was hoppin’!! Hands down, Steel Hands Brewing has exactly what you need to satisfy your thirst all while mingling with friends while throwing corn hole with your little ones and eating from a delicious menu. If you are craving Steel Hands and can’t make it to their location, you can find their beer in convenient stores and grocery stores all over South Carolina! But I highly recommend making a point to hops check out the brewery, take a tour and show your love for your local South Carolina Brewery!
Fun times! I hate I missed the meet-up but looking forward to visiting soon. Love that it’s kid-friendly!
We so missed you! Can’t wait to meet up soon with you!
