Since I’ve started blogging, I’ve been graced to be a part of the Columbia South Carolina Mommy Blogger Tribe. Saturday, we all met for brunch in the heart of our state at The GRAND On Main and it was every bit of GRAND!
I love my hometown! I am born and raised right here in Columbia, South Carolina and finding places with vast history behind it and seeing places keep as much as that preserved is a total win in my book. The GRAND On Main struck out over and over from the moment I walked in the door!
On Saturday, I met up with the other members of the Columbia South Carolina Mommy Blogger Tribe for brunch here. We each ordered something different from the menu and everything looked so delish! I personally had the ultimate omelette with a side of fresh fruit and of course a mimosa (or should I say MOMosa) and it was beyond my expectations! The service was every bit of exceptional, too!
Being a part of this Tribe is like HOME + FAMILY. We got intimate and shared some unique quirks about us all. I was truly inspired and motivated beyond belief! These mom’s are POWERFUL! I kept my dialogue with going back a little in time by sharing my love for dance with a history of 18 years, my love to cause belly aches from laughs with my ribbons and yearbook photo pages from being voted Class Clown from kindergarten through high school, and how Columbia, South Carolina is my heartbeat and Taylor Street was where my fierce, competitive racing side came out and I represented the state 3 times as the Soap Box Derby Champion in the World Championship races. Each month our tribe plans to meet together but having these get to know you moments over brunch at The GRAND was the most perfect place to do so!
The GRAND On Main has a large menu of choices for all! So no matter the time of day, you’ll find exactly what your stomach desires in the moment.
After eating we had a blast checking out everything they have to offer while learning the about historic building. Whether you are hosting a private event, meeting with coworkers or friends, looking for a unique date night idea, or just satisfying a rumbling belly (was that my stomach or is someone bowling?!) or dry mouth, it’s here!
Without a doubt, The GRAND On Main has something for everyone and it’s location & the history it serves in Soda City is even more of a reason to visit! I had a ball and can’t wait to go back and have this place strike out on all of my expectations again!
